Shipping & Returns
Our shipping services are currently exclusive to Australia, where we provide free delivery to all customers. Following your order placement, please allow a handling time of 7-10 business days, with fulfilment occurring from Monday to Friday. Upon dispatch, the estimated transit time is also 7-10 business days, with shipments sent out from Monday to Friday.
We endeavor to meet these shipping estimates, however, please be aware that actual delivery time might occasionally exceed the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that all orders are subject to product availability. In the unlikely event that an item is not available, we are unable to accept responsibility or liability. However, we assure you that we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly unavailable.
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you’re not 100% pleased with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit, or an exchange. For any returns or exchanges, please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.
PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply to our returns’ policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items, we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
